# Quick Tips to Update Your Condo Technology Now
Concierge Plus
July 26, 2018
We all promised ourselves we’d do it last year, but did we? Learn from fellow property managers’ resolutions and make 2018 your best year yet!
1. Update your passwords. Are your passwords easy to guess? Do you have the same password for all of your community’s accounts and computers? It may take some time right now, but think about the time and money you’ll lose if your condo residents’ data isn’t secure. Consider a service like [1Password.](https://1password.com)
2. Clean your gadgets! Okay, we admit, this isn’t nice to think about… but did you know that [keyboards have way (way!) more bacteria than toilet seats](https://www.glamour.com/story/gross-your-keyboard-is-20589-times-dirtier-than-a-toilet-seat)? Enough said.
3. Update your software regularly and [sign up for our monthly newsletter](http://conciergeplus.us3.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=c2950ba4ee71b92b1af5347ac&id=d399ee8319). Concierge Plus releases updates, enhancements, and new features on a regular basis so stay in the loop and don’t miss out.
4. Ever heard the saying, “jack of all trades, master of none”? As a Property Manager, you have to be many things to many people and sometimes it probably feels as though you’re being pulled in a million different directions at once, and 2018 most likely won’t be any different. But this year, try something new: harmonize the management of your community (yes, all of it!) in one central place. You’re probably managing some things online already, but we can help you get the rest of the way.
Watch our video below and learn how you can save over 100 hours of your team's time every month. Guaranteed.
