Our permission-based Media Library Feature is not just for important community documents such as condo by-laws, board minutes, important resident forms, and legal documents, it’s also for sharing images and videos of resident get togethers and condo / HOA holiday parties!
Complete control remains with the Property Managers at all times and our simple system lets anyone with administrative access (such as your front desk or concierge staff) “drag-and-drop” files to be shared with your entire community or specific groups.
Florida Condo Website Law
Did you know that a law has been passed that requires condo associations in Florida with 150 or more units to have a website that complies with specific requirements?
The law is clear - maintaining a generic, public website where you upload documents is not sufficient. The law specifically requires that the official records which are being uploaded be accessible through a password protected area of the website.
