I’m very pleased to share that 2017 has been another fantastic year for Concierge Plus. We’ve had a lot of exciting changes which have resulted in almost a 70% growth of our organization year over year.

We have added to our local teams based in New York City, Chicago, Washington DC, and South Florida. Our team on the ground is ready and willing to help you and your communities. All across North America, and beyond, Concierge Plus customers are enjoying a higher level of innovation and functionality not found in any other platform in the industry.

As we look back on the year, we are very proud to have introduced numerous features to help condos and HOAs be more effective and efficient, including payment processing, estoppel (status) certificates, shared facility management, and our reminders & tasks module.

In 2017, our infrastructure will deliver over 8 million emails and 600,000 SMS/text messages. With natural disasters like Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, our infrastructure was more important than ever. Concierge Plus helped Property Managers provide a lifeline for thousands of residents in affected areas and stay up-to-date on the situation—from wherever they were accessing our fully responsive solution.

As we look to the new year, there is continued innovation and growth on the agenda. In addition to new features you’ll see rolling out, we are expanding our partner network to bring you more best-in-class options that seamlessly integrate with Concierge Plus. We’re also currently piloting “pass on logs” for security guards which we anticipate will be released before the end of the calendar year.
