I’m excited to announce that we are stepping up our partnership with TOPS: the all-in-one online association management solution and an industry leader in online accounting services.
For those familiar with TOPS, you might know that they have recently launched TOPS [ONE], a new web-based CAM software that integrates accounting, management, and automation. We are so thrilled to be a part of this initiative as it will allow us to offer our customers a higher level of integrated accounting services simply not available to others. The API works with the current Microsoft Windows version (self-installed or hosted) as well as the new TOPS [ONE].
What changes can you expect?
TOPS and Concierge Plus have previously had a uni-directional partnership but will shortly be phasing in a more sophisticated level of integration which will grant customers access to more detailed accounting information. Our focus is on ease of use and efficient communication.
Over the coming months, Concierge Plus customers who use TOPS as their online accounting service provider will see our level of integration deepen significantly: from access to a resident’s name, email, and outstanding balance, we’ll soon be offering access to invoicing information and financial reporting that’s easy to use as well as safe and secure.
For those looking to boost communication with their board, residents, and staff members, this really is exciting news. Along with TOPS’ industry-leading accounting services, we offer features like automated email notifications, urgent announcements via email and SMS text, and permission-based access that keeps control in the hands of those who need it. The end result is that Concierge Plus customers will get visibility into the TOPS accounting system that they wouldn’t otherwise get with other community website providers.
Customers will also continue to benefit from our experience—we are the only online property management platform that has been around since 1999 that consistently releases quarterly updates and enhances to our features. These are added automatically and without disruption to service.
