Hard to believe but the holidays are almost upon us. As we start to wrap up 2015, I can’t help but reflect on the past year; especially the significant changes that we have made to our features.

You can now monitor visitor parking by License Plate Number and we’ve added the ability to offer unlimited and/or limited pass access for daytime or overnight guests. Residents now have the option to have a key waiting for when their visitors arrive as well. And speaking of keys, our New Key Management Module allows for more comprehensive tracking and reporting on keys in the building, including associating keys with specific units.

Love our Classified Ads? We’ve made it possible for Property Managers to require that ads be approved before they are posted live. Classified Ads waiting for approval will be shown under “Important Tasks” on the Daily Overview.

We’ve enhanced the Resident Announcements feature as well to deliver emergency messages to residents by an automated phone call or text message. With this introduction of emergency announcements for residents, we’ve added a separate call to action for your security and concierge staff to be able to send short announcements.

Additional resident notification options are available for Amenity Bookings, Service Requests, and account changes. (Let your residents know that they can set their preferences on the “My Account” screen, and a notification box will pop up the next time they log in.)

For communities that would like added security, Property Managers and Administrators can now add a resident and/or visitor photo using an attached webcam, or by uploading a file.

For those looking to personalize their community websites; we’ve rolled out a “Themes Feature” that allows Property Managers and Administrators to change the colors of their sites quickly and easily. This helps your site stand out and, if you manage multiple communities, you can now switch between the two (or more!) sites you manage without having to log out and back in again.

Lastly, upcoming events now appear on your home page, and all system generated emails have been redesigned and are now fully responsive to mobile making them easier to read across any type of device.
