Property management doesn't happen at a desk, so we built +Manager to go wherever you do.
+Manager is the new Concierge Plus mobile app for property managers and staff, available now on iOS and Android. Approve bookings, review requests, and check what's happening across your portfolio without opening a laptop.
What you can do from your phone:
- Approve or decline amenity bookings and service requests in a tap
- Get a push notification the moment something needs your attention
- Pull up unit and resident details on the spot
- Move between buildings in your portfolio without switching systems
Same login as the Plus+ web portal. Nothing new to set up.
Property management teams manage an enormous amount of information every day. Resident questions, service requests, packages, amenity bookings, incident reports, violations, and community communications all compete for attention.
The latest Concierge Plus updates are designed to make that work easier. This release also introduces +ManagerAi, a new Violation Tracking module, contextual support, improved task management, and several platform enhancements that help teams work more efficiently while maintaining clear records.
+ManagerAi is an in-platform assistant built to support the day-to-day work of property managers. Instead of navigating between multiple modules or manually searching for information, managers can use the assistant to quickly find records, complete common tasks, and draft communications.
Manager AI can help teams look up and manage residents, units, and groups; create announcements, polls, and community events; and oversee front-desk activities such as packages, entry instructions, keys, fobs, and visitor parking. It can also assist with service requests, incident reports, violations, amenity bookings, and resident communications.
By bringing these capabilities together, Manager AI helps reduce repetitive administrative work and gives property managers a faster way to move through their daily responsibilities.
The new Violation Tracking module gives communities a centralized way to document, review, communicate, and resolve bylaw and rule violations.
Property managers can organize violations by type, including noise, parking, pets, garbage, amenity misuse, common areas, and other community-specific concerns. Configurable stages and approval workflows allow each community to adapt the process to its own policies.
When a violation is recorded, Concierge Plus can generate an AI-assisted notice for the property manager to review before it is sent. Managers can then track its status, record resident responses, manage contests, and maintain a complete audit history for the applicable unit and resident.
The module also provides clear options for handling each outcome. Drafts created in error can be deleted, while issued violations can be resolved, dismissed, archived, or restored. These actions are recorded so teams can see what changed and who made the change.
Escalation history now resets when a matter is resolved or when 12 months pass without another offence. This helps prevent an older, closed matter from incorrectly determining the stage of a new violation. Dismissed violations are also removed from escalation history, ensuring notices issued by mistake do not affect future enforcement.
For Ontario communities, fine-related stages and fields are automatically hidden to better align the workflow with provincial restrictions.
Property managers can now create a violation directly from an Incident Report or eligible Amenity Booking, eliminating the need to re-enter the same information in multiple places.
When a violation is created from an Incident Report, available details such as the description, date, time, unit, and supporting photos are carried into the violation form. Managers can review the information, remove anything that is not relevant, and make changes before proceeding.
Amenity Bookings can also be used to initiate a violation after an approved booking has ended. The form is pre-populated with information such as the unit, amenity, booking period, and resident’s booking notes.
In both cases, the violation is initially saved as a draft. Nothing is sent to the resident until a property manager has reviewed and issued the notice. The records remain connected, making it easy to move between the original report or booking and the related violation.
The new Support Center Agent brings AI-powered assistance directly into Plus+.
Property managers can select the help icon within a module to ask how-to questions or troubleshoot an issue without leaving the page. Because support is available within the context of the module being used, managers can get more relevant guidance while continuing their work.
If additional help is needed, the Support Center Agent can also connect the user with the Concierge Plus support team and assist with creating and categorizing a support ticket.
The Daily Overview has been updated to provide faster, more consistent task counts and notifications across the platform.
Instead of gathering information separately from individual modules, the overview now uses a centralized source for task data. This improves loading speed and helps ensure the task list and notification badge remain aligned throughout Concierge Plus.
Contested violations, service requests, and unit vacancies are also included as trackable task types, giving managers a more complete view of what requires attention.
Property managers can now add notes directly to a unit or individual occupant from the Unit Profile page.
The new Notes widget allows authorized team members to add, edit, pin, or remove notes without navigating away from the profile. Each occupant card also displays a note count, making it easy to see when additional context is available.
Whether documenting an important preference, recording operational context, or keeping internal follow-up information accessible, the feature helps teams maintain continuity and stay informed.
This release also resolves an issue that could cause existing Incident Reports to disappear when an older report form was archived and replaced with a new one. Existing reports now remain available, helping communities maintain more reliable historical records.
These updates reflect our continued focus on making community management simpler, more connected, and easier to scale. From AI-assisted administration and contextual support to better violation workflows and more reliable task tracking, each improvement is designed to reduce manual effort while giving teams greater visibility into their communities.
