Flexible Monthly Recurring Events

Monthly recurring events can now be scheduled on a relative date — such as the first Monday or third Thursday of each month — in addition to a fixed calendar date.

Event RSVP & Attendance Tracking

Residents can now RSVP to community events with Yes, No, or Maybe responses. Managers get real-time attendance summaries, guest counts, and optional waitlist management. Set capacity limits, RSVP deadlines, and control whether the guest list is visible to attendees.

Event Attachments

Attach documents and images directly to Community Schedule events. Managers can upload, replace, and remove files when creating or editing events, and residents can view and download them from the event detail view.

Customizable Table Columns

Choose exactly which columns appear in your datatables. A new Column Chooser is available in Entry Instructions, Pets, Parking, Bikes, Lockers, Unit Manager, and Users modules. Show or hide standard fields and custom fields, and your preferences are saved per module.

⚡ Improvements

Faster Unit Manager

The Unit Manager now loads significantly faster, especially for communities with many units. Search across unit names, owner/tenant/resident names, emails, and custom field values. A new Balance column is available for communities with the Payments module enabled.

Smart Datatable Filters

A new filter bar lets you narrow down table results using dropdowns, search fields, keyword filters, and boolean toggles. Available in Deliveries, Media Library, Payments, and Service Requests (admin).

Modern Date Range Picker

The legacy dual-datepicker has been replaced with a modern unified date range picker across Payments, Pass On Log, Integration Logs, System Logs, and Report History. Includes quick-select presets like "Last 7 Days" and "This Month."

Inline Vehicle Editing

Edit vehicle details (make, model, color, license plate) directly from the Unit Profile or Unit Manager — no need to navigate to the resident's profiler view.

QuickBooks Online Portal Support

Communities using QuickBooks Online can now take full advantage of portal-level integration.

Payrix Disbursements in Batch History

Payrix customers can now view disbursement records directly in their Batch History.
