This release is one of our most significant yet. We have rebuilt core experiences, introduced AI assistance for residents, and delivered dozens of improvements that make daily property management smoother for admins and residents alike. Here is a look at what is new.

Meet Ryan, Your New AI Resident Assistant
We are introducing Ryan Anderson, the Concierge Plus built-in AI chatbot designed to help residents get answers and take action without ever needing to contact the front desk.
Ryan is being rolled out gradually to all sites and supports the following interactions right out of the box:
Design
A Fresh New Look Across the Entire Platform
The Concierge Plus interface has received a full modern UI refresh. Every screen has been updated with a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic while keeping all functionality exactly where you would expect it.
Alongside the refresh, users can now switch between Light and Dark mode. Existing users default to Light Mode. New users default to their system preference. Toggle anytime from the top-right menu.
Dark Mode is now available. Whether you are managing late-night requests or just prefer an easier-on-the-eyes experience, Dark Mode is available to all users.
Dashboard
Your Dashboard, Your Way
The dashboard is now fully customizable for both admins and residents. Using the new Customize Dashboard option at the bottom of the page, each user can:
Add or remove widgets to focus on what matters most
Drag and drop widgets to reorder the layout while in edit mode
Save a personal configuration. Changes only apply to the individual user, not the entire property.
Notifications
Real-Time Toast Notifications
Stay in the loop without leaving what you are doing. When you are active on the platform, you will now receive instant in-app notifications for key events:
- A new service request is submitted
- A classified ad is created and awaiting approval
- An amenity booking requires your review
- An entry instruction needs approval
These lightweight alerts appear in real time, keeping your team responsive without the noise of additional emails.
Announcements
Target the Right People with Scratch Groups
Announcement targeting just got more precise. With the new Individuals and Units option in the recipient selector, you can now combine group-level messaging with specific residents or units in a single send.
- Search by resident name or unit number to quickly pinpoint recipients
- Mix group selections with individual targets in any combination
- See exactly who will receive your message in the pre-send confirmation, announcement history, and detailed recipient views
- Perfect for maintenance notices affecting specific floors, personalized welcome messages for new residents, or targeted communication in multi-phase buildings.
Community
Polls, Rebuilt for Richer Feedback
The Polls module has been overhauled to support more complex community feedback scenarios. What is new:
You can now run multiple active polls simultaneously, configure result visibility for each poll individually, and residents benefit from a significantly improved voting experience.
Media Library
A Smarter, Richer Media Library
The Media Library has received a major upgrade, making it easier to find, organize, share, and present your property's files.
- Powerful Full-Content Search
Search now scans both file titles and content across your entire library, not just the folder you are currently in. Images are automatically tagged on upload, making visual assets just as discoverable as documents. A gallery view is also now available for browsing images at a glance.
- Upload and Playback Video
The Media Library now supports video uploads with full playback controls. Supported formats include MP4, WebM, and MOV. Florida-based properties can use this feature to meet board meeting recording requirements under Section 718.112, Florida Statutes
- Secure External File Sharing
Share files outside the platform using secure links, optionally protected by a password or expiry date. External recipients can preview PDFs and images directly in the browser. Access can be revoked at any time, and recipients are automatically notified by email when a link is shared.
- Smart Tagging
Keep files organized with custom tags. Images are tagged automatically on upload based on their content, so your library stays searchable even as it grows.
