As you may know, we’ve recently rolled out several new updates and enhancements to our suite of offerings. Here are two more that clients can expect to see live already!
When residents leave an item for pick-up by a courier or friend, the concierge or front desk staff can now log this item on the Deliveries Screen. When the item is picked up, the resident will receive an email notification.
If your community already has a Concierge Plus pass printer, you can print a tag to affix to the time, this will help you identify it easily.
We’ve added a new “Notes” field for front desk staff and security personnel to record and safely store the details of incoming packages. This function is located on the Create Deliveries screen. Notes are visible only to security and front desk staff.
