On behalf of the entire Concierge Plus team, I’d like to thank you for an incredible 2018! In addition to substantial growth both in-house and throughout North America, we’ve launched new features and enhanced many existing ones!
We’ve always believed in providing a best-in-class experience for our customers and we take pride in investing a lot of time to understand what it is that would make their lives easier. Here’s a recap of some of this year’s highlights and what we’ve accomplished both with new features and enhancements to our existing suite:
– Online Payments for Amenities
This new functionality lets residents pay for their bookings online using a credit card instead of requiring an in-person payment. Property Managers can also stipulate that payment be received in order for a booking to be made.

– Easily Track Who’s Read Your System Notifications
We’ve added easy-to-use reporting to the package delivery, service request, and amenity booking modules so Property Managers can see exactly which notifications were sent to each resident, and when. For some notifications, administrators can also see when a resident reads the email.
– Visitor & Contract Badges
We’ve made it possible for Property Managers to tighten up security by printing visitor and contractor badges for individuals visiting your community. Each badge can be printed on-site for conveniency.
– Package Location Identifier
If a community stores packages for residents in multiple locations, Property Managers can easily let residents know where to pick-up their item. (The location of the package is included in the notification to residents.)
– Custom Fields & Optional Approval for Workflow Entry Instructions
Curb unauthorized short-term rentals (eg. Airbnb) with added control in the Entry Instructions workflow.

– Secondary Pages
Property Managers can now do more with the public-facing part of their websites with dedicated pages that highlight the community, the surrounding neighborhood, and any additional information they wish to showcase.
– Quick Menu
We heard from many customers that they want to easily access frequently used actions. The new “Quick Menu” allows them to do exactly that.
Customers have also seen enhancements to our Text Editor, Pet Registry and, benefitted from our important partnership with GetQuorum. (This includes online proxy/ballot voting and AGM notice distribution). We are proud to build features that solve our customers’ challenges and we look forward a fantastic 2019 and beyond.
